Every drone session is governed by the lifespan of each battery. Prices are charged per battery's flight time, not by the wall clock.

We monitor battery performance before and during each shoot and do everything reasonable to maximise usable air-time. However, we cannot guarantee that every battery will deliver its full rated flight time on every flight — temperature, wind, payload and natural cell wear all affect real-world performance.

If a battery underperforms, we will use the next available battery to complete the planned session where possible. Where additional flight time beyond the booked package is required, it will be quoted as an add-on before continuing.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your date. The remainder is due on delivery of the edited content.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the shoot can be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.

Editing turnaround is typically 5–7 working days, unless Rush Delivery has been added to your booking.

All flights are conducted under South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) RPAS regulations. We will not fly in conditions that endanger people, property or the aircraft.

If weather (rain, wind above safe limits, poor visibility) or airspace restrictions prevent a planned shoot, we will reschedule at no cost. Travel costs already incurred remain payable.

We are licensed and insured for the work described in your quote. Liability is limited to the value of the booking.

Final deliverables are supplied digitally. Raw footage is only included where the Raw Footage Delivery add-on has been purchased.

Client retains usage rights for the agreed purpose. ADS retains the right to use selected content in our own portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Referral rewards are credited only after a referred booking is marked completed and paid. SkyPoints have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.

ADS reserves the right to adjust or revoke points obtained through abuse, duplicate accounts or fraudulent activity.
